Complete training in our offices -- typically 2 days per system leased -- is provided as a part of your lease initiation. Since new clients receive individual training, each training syllabus is designed specifically to meet your requests. You begin with an overview of the Lynchval menus and follow up with cases from your own company files. In-depth question-and-answer periods are part of every session, serving to personalize the learning process even further.
Training in our training center allows you to focus without day-to-day office distractions. We can also arrange to train you in your office. Either way, you'll receive maximum attention and professional training. In many cases, new users return to work with cases nearly finished. In addition to initial training, Lynchval provides additional training as well. Specialized training -- for seasoned users and users new to your firm -- can always be arranged. Just call us (703.709.1000) or drop us a line (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss your training needs. Additionally, Lynchval provides User Group Meetings (UGMs) at least once a year. Our UGMs have traditionally provided experienced users with training on the latest features available in our software. There is no UGM registration or meeting fee. Our UGM is one of the benefits of our unique lease - as well as a wonderful opportunity to meet and talk with our staff and receive ongoing training on the basics and the latest systems we have to offer. In addition to intermediate and advanced systems training, UGM sessions typically include actuarial CPE credit sessions, legislation/"hot topic" discussion forums, and "hands-on" workshops. Continental breakfasts and lunches are complimentary, as are the pre-function "ice-breaker" and special dinner cruise.
