Lynchval provides a suite of comprehensive services in support of our clients. This includes a Service Bureau that
assists clients to use our software, when they only have a few DB plans and are not ready for a lease. Service
Bureau also includes our extensive actuarial support services where we support clients in nearly all facets of defined
benefits, including OPEB, FAS106, GASB 43/45 and pension actuarial services. We also perform asset and liability
projection modeling services. In addition, our services include date conversion for interested DB admin clients,
web hosting, and ASP services. Finally, we assist clients with their technology system requirements as they desire.
SERVICE BUREAU
Lynchval’s Service Bureau allows actuarial professionals
the use of our software for defined benefit pension and
OPEB plan valuations on a per-project basis without
a commitment to a monthly lease. While our Service Bureau
is primarily used by non-lease clients, it is also used
by lease clients who may need our assistance to get
through a crunch period or with a complicated plan design.
CONSULTING
Lynchval’s actuarial consultants are also available to assist
our clients with all aspects of defined benefit pension
plans and OPEB plans. We can perform actuarial valuations
and prepare all reports and forms for qualified and
non-qualified pension plans including those required to
comply with ERISA, FAS 87/88/132/158, IAS19 and GASB
25/27. For OPEB plans, we can perform actuarial valuations
and prepare all reports required to comply with
FAS 106/132/158 , IAS19 and GASB 43/45. We can also
perform Asset/Liability modeling studies for defined
benefit plans.
In addition, our consulting services include data and
plan conversion for defined benefit plan administration
clients, web hosting, ASP solutions, other related service
solutions and when combined with the power of our
software, Lynchval is very flexible in responding to your
pension consulting needs.
